To fund your Account and place bets or play games, you must deposit funds using one of the payment methods supported by vit288. The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50,000 (fifty thousand Indonesian Rupiah) unless otherwise specified for particular payment methods or promotional offers. There is no maximum deposit limit unless imposed by your chosen payment provider. All deposits are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).
You warrant that all funds deposited into your vit288 Account are from legitimate sources and belong to you. You must not deposit funds obtained through illegal means, funds that do not belong to you, or funds derived from criminal activities. vit288 reserves the right to investigate the source of any deposits and may request supporting documentation. Failure to provide satisfactory evidence may result in Account suspension and forfeiture of funds.
In the event that a deposit transaction fails or is rejected by your payment provider, vit288 will not be held responsible for any delays or losses incurred. We recommend contacting your bank or payment provider directly to resolve deposit issues. No bets or gameplay will be possible until funds are successfully credited to your Account.
You may request a withdrawal of your available Account balance at any time, subject to the terms and conditions outlined herein. Withdrawals can only be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in your own name matching the name on your vit288 Account. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited for security and anti-money laundering reasons.
The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000 (one hundred thousand Indonesian Rupiah). The maximum withdrawal amount per transaction is Rp 50,000,000 (fifty million Indonesian Rupiah), with a maximum daily withdrawal limit of Rp 100,000,000 (one hundred million Indonesian Rupiah). These limits may be adjusted at our discretion or for VIP players with higher status levels.

Most withdrawals to verified accounts are processed within 15 minutes to 24 hours during business hours (Western Indonesia Time - WIB). However, processing times may be longer during weekends, Indonesian public holidays, or if additional verification is required. First-time withdrawals and large withdrawal amounts may require additional security checks and may take up to 72 hours to process.
Before your first withdrawal can be processed, you must complete the KYC verification process as described in Section 3.3. To prevent fraudulent activities and money laundering, all deposits must be wagered at least once (1x wagering requirement) before withdrawal is permitted, unless otherwise specified. Deposits made with bonuses may be subject to higher wagering requirements as outlined in the specific bonus terms.

Settlement is based on the official result declared by the governing sports authority. If an informal resolution cannot be reached within 30 days, the dispute shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with Indonesian arbitration rules. The arbitration shall be conducted in the Indonesian language in Jakarta, Indonesia. The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on both parties.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Indonesia. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or related to these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts of Jakarta, Indonesia, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
vit288 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your Account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including but not limited to violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, breach of applicable laws, or at our sole discretion. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Service, and any outstanding balances may be forfeited if the termination resulted from your breach of these Terms.
You may close your Account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining balance will be returned to you after deduction of any applicable fees or pending wagering requirements.
All content, features, and functionality of the vit288 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, software, and design, are the exclusive property of vit288 or its licensors and are protected by Indonesian and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
